a word from kitty

I haven’t chimed in with any thoughts lately, so I thought I’d drop in to say hello and let people know that I haven’t kicked the bucket yet…  Pedro has been working really diligently on a huge surprise that all of you are going to love.  He wants to be ready for the big unveiling next week, so he’s been training hard night and day.  The poor guy wore himself out, though.  This is how he spent his whole day today…
Thankfully, for me that means fewer disgusting cat baths and fewer ambushes by the “giant cow-spotted lion”, as he likes to think of himself. I keep reminding him that practice makes perfect because I’m really enjoying the solitude!

  1. Ooh – can’t wait for Pedro’s surprise. (And that is an adorable picture of him. Thank you for sharing!) Poor fella, he does look worn out.

    • Pedro would agree that he’s adorable in that photo. I love that he looks so QUIET! 🙂

  2. Hi, Kitty! So good to see you! It looks like Pedro has something big in the works. He’s clearly wiped out and in need of some R & R. I’ll eagerly await the unveiling next week!

  3. Nice to see you Kitty…..keeping Pedro exhausted may be the only way you’ll get a break from those grooming sessions he insists on providing you…..he does look pooped in that photo. Needless to say, we’re all on the edge of our various sized seats to find out what the HUGE surprise is!!!

    Your Friend Sammy

    • Hi, Sammy! I’ve really been enjoying Pedro’s preparations. I think everyone will really like what he’s been up to. And if not, at least I’m getting in some extra peaceful cat nap time! 🙂

    • Hi Mr. Rumpydog. I don’t speak canine, so hopefully your cat friend can translate for you… Pedro’s got something big up his sleeve, and I think all of his fans (including dogs 🙂 ) will be really impressed. And if it doesn’t work out that way, at least I’m getting some beauty sleep. At 18 I could use it!

  4. It is good to hear from you, Kitty. I love the behind-the-scenes insight. And also the angle of the photo – it really shows off the giant cow-spotted lion’s belly floof.

    So much suspense!
